unsolicited diagnostics advice, ph @luna it could test if it’s „objektiver tinnitus“ by seeing if other beings can hear those sounds from the outside

that’s quite helpful in narrowing down the causes

Ph what @luna at least 3 of my meds do this
And as I lowered my propranolol dose this morning it’s even louder.
Most of mine used to come from Ibuprofen
