consumerismmiss @luna : probby not what that one is asking but this one has had luck with searching something along the lines of "dog collar human" on aliexpress . the only one it can recommend is Shiny Rhinestone Pet Collar ... from MenQI (not because its amazingly good but it has bought it and it is still in stock , also one can likely choose a different seller since small brands don't appear to be a thing on aliexpress really) , note though that is probby a good idea to select the largest size because idk sizing is weird for these
