i did it! i injected myself with 0.18ml (7mg) of oestradiol enathanatei was scared of putting it in, but i made myself do it and it didn't hurt at all!
when actually putting the oestrogen in, it started to feel uncomfortable and warm, but i kept doing it until it was all done
i left it in for a bit (i've heard that prevents it from coming out again), then after maybe 30 seconds took it out. the area still feels a bit warm and slightly sore to the touch, but it'll probably go away
